To start, H999 Multiple Magnification Lighted Headband Magnifier offers 4 different magnifications BUILT IN! This unique optical device has a fixed lens, a pivoting lens right behind it and an outside loupe. Magnifications of 1.8X, 2.3X, 3.7X and 4.8X are achieved by pivoting the inner lens up or down, and swinging the loupe on or off the eyeway. Working distances of 1-1/2" to 10" are possible. To achieve optimal viewing, there are two independent work-directed lights on each side of the magnifier. The visor screen is designed to fit very near the forehead, cutting out ambient light, still allowing the headband to be tilted up. The swing-down loupe can be moved from the right to the left eye with a screwdriver. This durably constructed tool has a hook-and-loop type headband. Requires 4 AAA batteries (not included).
